Wow... it's a really great hotel. We just booked this hotel for an overnight stay and we were very positively surprised. The hotel seems quite new, is modern, has friendly and attentive staff, and the room was spotless clean. What makes the difference to other typical chain hotels is that this hotel is located in a very quiet area with no busy streets nearby. The amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are really beautiful. Guests were even provided a S'mores kit for free. Great little add-on. On top of that, we got the room for a very good fare (though it's just because we stayed during off-season). We liked it that much that we extended stay for another night.

Perfect place for our family! The hotel was so clean and seemed like it was newly renovated. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the kids loved the indoor pool (a little small, but it was a pool so they were happy). They have a patio with fire pits and complimentary s’mores. Free breakfast was nothing special, but definitely a good option. The hotel is at the base of Cranmore which I honestly didn’t know until we got there. Cranmore has fun summer activities and obviously skiing in the winter. Will definitely go back!

The staff were superb. Super friendly and helpful. Great facilities next to the Cranmore ski resort and off the busy thoroughfare of North Conway but handy to the White Mountains. A very complete breakfast buffet with good coffee! Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms.

The rooms were very quiet. Traveling with small children can be stressful when they get noisy or fussy. We didn’t hear others and assume they didn’t hear us! The staff was very friendly.

Never, in my almost 50 years of travel, have I ever encountered a friendlier, more helpful staff! Also, the in is right on Cranmore Mountain immediately next to the resort. The facilities seemed brand new and the design of the rooms was excellent. The HVAC system was thermostatically controlled by a wall fixture.

We have stayed here several times in the past 2 years. This is our go to hotel when we travel for work in Conway. We have never had an issue here, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect ! we extended for another night and enjoyed very much our stay there. The hotel is almost brand new and super clean. Atmosphere is great and lobby so cosy. The staff are so welcoming and helpful ! Rooms and beds very comfortable and the breakfast is very good ! I highly recommend the hotel.
